Sub-processors

These companies process personal data on our behalf to run Scholarix. Each works under a contract that limits it to our instructions.

Version 1.1, in effect from 4 November 2026

This is a draft awaiting legal review. It describes how Scholarix works today and may change before the public launch.

Current sub-processors

We update this list before a new sub-processor starts handling personal data. Schools that have an agreement with us are told about changes in advance.

Apps a teacher connects

Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams aren't our sub-processors. A teacher connects them with their own account, and a school turns them on for its own Google or Microsoft accounts, under the school's agreement with Google or Microsoft. What Scholarix sends them (copies of the teacher's material and assignments, and the grades and feedback the teacher returns) and what it reads from them (classes, and students' names, sign-in names or email addresses) is described in the privacy policy.
